Adamson & Low is a cabinet making business specialising in bespoke commissions. I devised a flexible brand identity to mirror the crafted elegance of their work.

The logo, with its interlocking A and L, represented the strong designer/maker relationship between the two partners. It also symbolised specialist woodwork joinery. I designed a centred and roundel version of their logo to enable easy application across printed and wooden materials.

Adamson & Low are the UK’s leading authority on milling, drying and working with sub-fossilised Fenland Black oak. The identity’s colour swatch was inspired by the tones of this ancient wood.
